I know its a weird title, but frankly a lot of new mothers ask this question…

 

Well, does it work?

 

Honestly speaking there is not a scientific explanation for this, but my baby boy is two to three shades brighter than me and my husband. Therefore, in my opinion, I think it probably does play a role!

 

When I became pregnant, every family member started offering advice on what to do and what not to do, what to eat and what to avoid, all based on their own experiences, I took their advice but did my own mix and match with the diet chart.

 

In this article, I want to share what I think helped my baby achieve a fair complexion.

Dragon Fruit

During my pregnancy journey, I discovered the numerous benefits of dragon fruit, which proved to be incredibly advantageous.

During my pregnancy, I used to eat 10 soaked almonds (I let them soak overnight) every morning.

It is generally considered safe to consume saffron milk during the third trimester (take very small amount into a cup of milk every alternate day).
